Mascord; Vicar General Fr Bernard Gordon; Episcopal Vicar Fr Ken Cafe OFM; and Episcopal Vicar
Fr Sean Cullen.
of Wollongong has been allocated two additional Delegates and two reserve
Delegates. There has been a process of seeking Expressions of Interest, shortlisting
of candidates by the Bishop’s panel and finally forwarding the recommendations
to the Bishops
Commission for Plenary Council.
Letters of appointment will be sent to Delegates throughout Australia in early
March. These delegates and the mandated delegates will attend Preparation and Formation Days
in Sydney in
July 2020. We are very grateful to all who applied to be a Delegate and feel
blessed that so many people wish to be involved in the Plenary Council.
